To use our candle moulds, simply start by threading the wick through the head area of the mould and securing it in place with a wick holder. Then, pour in your melted wax and let it cool until it hardens. Depending on the type of wax you are using, you may need to perform a second pour to even out the surface of the candle. We recommend using a firm pillar wax to minimise breakage. Tart wax and soft pillar waxes are not suitable for this design. Allow your candle to cure overnight before carefully unmoulding it.

For optimal results with this silicone mould, it is advised to use a highly firm pillar wax to minimize the risk of breakage. Prior to demoulding, refrigerate the cured candle while still in the mould for at least 15 minutes. This will aid in wax hardening and contraction, making it easier to remove the candle from the mould. We discourage inexperienced candle makers from acquiring this mould due to its design complexity. While they have undergone successful testing, it may pose challenges for those new to candle making.
