We aim to dispatch all orders to following business day. However, during busy periods, kindly anticipate a dispatch time of 1-3 business days for your order. By default, all packages will be left with an "Authority to Leave." If you prefer a signature upon delivery, please contact us accordingly. Please also note that the processing time for exclusive moulds should be factored into the overall shipping duration.

Kindly be advised that the shipping times listed are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery. For custom moulds, the processing time is based on demand and must be added to the shipping time.
International orders may incur additional customs fees or import duties, which is the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged at the time of delivery by the customs authorities in the destination country. The shipping cost for international orders will be calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package.
